Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Tagongo Games ("Tagongo Games", "we", "us") handles information in every game and app we publish on Google Play and on this website. Tagongo Games decides why and how this information is processed (it is the "controller" under European law and the "database owner" under Israeli law). Some features described here are used only by some games; each section says when that is the case. For any privacy question or request, write to tagongo@gmail.com.

Our approach in short

Our games are designed to collect as little as possible. You never create a Tagongo Games account. We do not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, address, contacts, photos or files, we never see your passwords or payment-card details, and we do not sell personal information. Your game progress and settings are stored on your own device. Some information is processed automatically by the Google services built into our games (advertising, purchases and Google Play), as explained below.

Information processed automatically

Depending on the game, your device and your choices, Google services integrated in our games may process: device and app information (model, operating-system version, app version, language, country); approximate location derived from your IP address; advertising and device identifiers; in-app interactions (for example which screens are opened and whether an ad was shown or tapped); and diagnostic information such as crashes and performance. This information is used for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and security, and it is encrypted in transit. Tagongo Games does not receive most of it directly. On recent Android versions the advertising SDK may also use the Android Privacy Sandbox APIs, which you can control in your device's privacy settings. Our games do not request precise location, camera, microphone, contacts or file-storage permissions.

Data stored on your device

Games keep their progress on your device: levels and stars, scores, unlocked items and purchases, in-game coins, settings (sound, music, language, accessibility), tutorial progress and similar game data. This data stays on your device. It is deleted if you uninstall the game, clear its storage or use an in-game reset, and we cannot recover it afterwards.

Why we process information and on what legal basis

Running the game, saving your progress and restoring purchases: to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract) and our legitimate interest in games that work well. Personalized ads: only with your consent where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland). Non-personalized or contextual ads, ad measurement, fraud prevention and security: our legitimate interests in funding free games and keeping them safe. Purchases: performance of a contract and legal obligations (for example tax records kept by Google Play). Answering your e-mails: our legitimate interest in replying to you, or steps you ask us to take. Complying with the law and protecting our rights: legal obligations and legitimate interests. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by writing to us.

Advertising and your consent (Google AdMob)

Games that show ads use Google AdMob (banners, full-screen ads at natural breaks and optional rewarded videos). Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform, a consent tool that follows the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from "Privacy options" in the game's settings when it is shown, and on any Android device you can delete or reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in the device settings. Declining personalized ads does not remove ads; you may still see non-personalized or contextual ads. Rewarded videos are always optional. Children

Our current games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and are not part of Google Play's "Designed for Families" program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (the age set by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA) or below the age of digital consent in their country (between 13 and 16 in the European Union). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, write to tagongo@gmail.com and we will delete it. If we ever publish a game directed to children, it will follow COPPA (including its 2025 amendments), the GDPR rules for children and Google Play's Families Policy: no personalized ads, only ad services certified for families, no collection of children's personal information without verifiable parental consent, and purchases and external links behind a parental gate. This policy will then name those games. Parents can also use Google Play's parental controls and purchase authentication.

In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

Optional purchases (for example removing ads, content packs or in-game coins) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never receive your card number or bank details; Google gives the game only the minimum needed to confirm, unlock and restore your purchase. Eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored from the same Google account.

Google Play and Google Play Games

Our games are distributed and updated through Google Play, which may process information for installation, licensing, security and integrity. Some games (for example TWYN and Platformer Premium) offer Google Play Games features such as sign-in, achievements or leaderboards; when you use them, Google processes the data of your Play Games profile under its own terms, and we never receive your Google password. Some games include Firebase components that are bundled with Google's advertising and Play libraries; we do not use Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics to track you. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is processed by the service providers that make our games work — mainly Google (AdMob, Google Play, Google Play Games and related Firebase components) — under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety or property of players or of Tagongo Games, or as part of a merger or transfer of our games, in which case this policy will continue to protect it.

Our website, cookies and "Do Not Track"

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and it loads no third-party scripts. It only stores your language and accessibility preferences in your browser (local storage), which you can clear at any time. Because the site does not track you across other sites, "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how it works. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard technical server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation: https://www.netlify.com/privacy/

How long information is kept

We do not keep a central database of players. Data on your device remains until you delete it. E-mails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and afterwards for up to two years, unless the law requires otherwise. Information processed by Google is kept according to Google's own retention policies.

Security and international transfers

We design our games to avoid unnecessary data collection, and data sent by the games is encrypted in transit. We protect the little information we hold (such as e-mails) with access control and encrypted storage, in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, and the GDPR, and we will notify authorities and affected people of a serious security incident when the law requires it. Google may process information in other countries; for transfers from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom it relies on safeguards recognized by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Israel is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can withdraw consent at any time (for ads, through "Privacy options" or your device settings). Depending on your country you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to a data-protection authority. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing. To exercise a right, write to tagongo@gmail.com; it is free, we may ask for information needed to confirm the request, and we will answer within 30 days (or sooner if your local law requires it). Because we hold little or no data that identifies you, many requests are handled through Google's settings (https://myadcenter.google.com) or by resetting your device's advertising ID; we will help you with that.

Israel

We process information in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13 in force since 14 August 2025, and its regulations. You are not under any legal obligation to give us information, and our games do not ask you for any. The purposes for which information is used and the parties that receive it are described in this policy. You have the right to review information about you held in a database and to request its correction or deletion (sections 13 and 14 of the Law). European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection apply to you, with the rights and legal bases described above. You can complain to the data-protection authority of the country where you live or work: EU authorities are listed at https://www.edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en and in the United Kingdom it is the Information Commissioner's Office (https://ico.org.uk).

United States (California and other states)

This section is for residents of California (CCPA/CPRA and CalOPPA) and of other U.S. states with privacy laws. In the last 12 months the Google services in our games may have processed these categories of personal information: identifiers (advertising ID, IP address), internet or other electronic network activity (in-app interactions with ads), approximate location derived from the IP address, and inferences used to select ads. They come from your device and are used for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information for money and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. Showing personalized ads may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws: you can opt out at any time by declining personalized ads in the consent message or "Privacy options", or by deleting or resetting your advertising ID or turning off ads personalization in your Android settings. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. You have the rights to know, access, correct and delete, and to opt out, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. You can send a request (or an authorized agent can send one) to tagongo@gmail.com, and if we refuse it you may appeal by replying to our answer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our games or the law change. The current version, with its effective date, is always published at https://tagongo.com/privacy. Important changes will be published here before they apply and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent again. Older versions of some games link to our previous privacy page (https://sites.google.com/view/tagongoprivacypolicy/); this policy is the current one and replaces it.
